Rick Frost told me about the AFCollective.com He rambled on about great musicians and friendly folks etc., etc.
This morning I tuned in the podcast only to find both Rick Frost and Gandalf Murphy & The Slambovian Circus of Dreams were both playing on the same show. It doesn’t get any better than this! Rick is awesome! Gandalf is spectacular! And the other musicians on this broadcast, as always, were brilliant.
Djay all of the shows have been wonderful. But this particular show, show #13, which I read somewhere is Rick’s favorite number, was the best show yet. And, yes I realize that this is a totally biased and non-objective review. Sorry, but Rick Frost and “The Circus” together is pure magic. Thanks for throwing these two together Djay - good ear!Besides they are such a happy bunch. I saw these guys play together once, at the Puppet House - in CT, the U.S. - and they are a bunch of merry pranksters.
If you ever find a picture of Rick and Joziah together it says it all. They are imps. They always have that “we know something you don’t and we’re going to have fun” look on their faces. Sorry, didn’t mean to write a book. Just thankful for a wonderful show. Thanks, Amber

Djay Buddha Rides Again:
Great show! Smokin’ music. Rick - nice having you as the artist of the month. And, the surprise visit by Gandalf was a stunner! Very cool. Everybody that has played on everyone of these podcasts has done a kick ass job. Rock on Collective Musicians! Thanks for the tunes,Darnel

Djay: Nice job. All the musicians played nicely. Frost and Gandalf Murphy are, without a doubt exceptional muicians. I think selecting Rick Frost as Artist of the Month was a good choice. He certainly is worthy. Would like to hear a bit more of the Gandalf - very interesting sound. Thanks for a fine show. Sincerely, John

Dear DJay: Magnifigent job. Rick Frost and Gandalf Murphy are huge favorites. Rick kept telling me about the stellar talent that is embedded in the AFCollective. I tuned in to the March Shows to listen to Rick and Joziah and I walked away with a deep respect for a number of musicians that I would never have heard had it not been for these podcasts and the international connections forged through them. Thank you; thanks to Rick Frost; and thanks to all the wonderful musicians that played on these shows in March. Many of you have garnered a number of new fans in the U.S. as a result of these broadcasts. Good luck to all, Dave

Sincerely, Melissa ( lovebumps@nightly.com) P.S. Couldn’t figure out how to rate this - prob. too old. But, I give it 5 blazing stars!
